Protected file by Apple
Apple do not allow to remove their protected files.
In this case remove file in Finder with administrator rights.

This restriction applies to any application from Mac App Store and Uninstaller sensei is no exception.
Uninstaller sensei Watcher tool
You can skip this step by enabling Watcher tool in application Settings.
This allow you remove applications directly from the Finder.
​
When APP moved to Trash Uninstaller sensei automatically launches and search leftover files for removed application.
